Presentation of the online course “Effective breathing for increased survivability, getting rid of health problems and    perfecting the Art of Movement.”

Be sure to be friends with those who are better than us. We will suffer, but we will grow.

     What does it mean to breathe correctly? A strange question at first glance. And we do not think at all how to do it.
Breathing!
This basic instinct is laid in us by nature. A person is considered born when he takes a first breath. And to the dead - when he lets out his last breath. And between the beginning and the end - only a series of breaths.
The rate of breathing, that is how often we breathe largely depends on the size of the creature itself.
The larger the animal -  the slower it breathes. For example: an elephant inhales about 10 times per minute;  a mouse about 200. And with the respiratory rate, it turns out that life expectancy is directly related: an elephant lives much longer than a mouse. Turtles breathe very slowly and live very long.
A person on average breathes 16 times per minute. But it can do it less about  4-6 times per minute. And maybe more often. Up to 25 times per minute. Depending on the circumstances and degree of development of the respiratory system.
There are thousands of types of breathing.
Each Master of Yoga, Qigong, Systema comes up with his own type of breathing which is more characteristic of him, or helps him to cope with his  health problem.
The type of breathing that I offer you has roots from the Buteyko Breathing Technique.
Buteyko is a famous Russian  scientist who created the first scientific medical centre in Kiev (Ukraine) and in Novosibirsk (Russia)  where people were only treated with this breathing method.
It was during the Soviet Union. In this medical centre, thousands of people were cured of hundreds of different diseases without drugs, injections, surgery and other medical manipulations.  Only using this breathing technique.
But then the Soviet Union was destroyed and capitalism came. Under capitalism, the main thing is not human health, but to sell him as many medicines and medical services  as possible.
As a result, this medical centre was liquidated, and Dr. Buteyko himself died. The causes of his death remained very vague.
“The Buteyko method is the ability to understand, feel and know one’s own breath in order to consciously change and develop  it”. In general, the Buteyko method involves correcting breathing in the direction of its reduction due to muscle relaxation.
This breathing system has been tested and trained by Colonel Maksimtsov on hundreds of employees of special  units (police, disasters and  emergencies, secret service)   in Ukraine. The main emphasis was placed on the training of a special forces officer to carry out his work in extreme conditions.
The main extreme conditions in which the Buteyko method has been tested for the training of highly qualified employees.
1. During a real battle:
1.1. When using choking equipment in the throat;
1.2. When using improvised items (belt, fishing line, rope, special noose) for strangulation.
1.3. In the conditions of smoke;
1.3.1. in case of fire indoors;
1.3.2. when using special means "smokescreen";
1.3.3. when using tear gas;
1.3.4. in case haze pollution.
2. For working in high altitude conditions.
2.1. When altitude sickness (hypoxia) occurs;  a painful condition associated with oxygen starvation due to a decrease in the partial pressure of oxygen in the inhaled air which occurs high in the mountains;
2.2. As well as when flying on aircraft that are not equipped with an airtight cabin in which the air pressure is close or slightly lower than normal atmospheric pressure (for example, paragliders, hang gliders, balloons with an unpressurized gondola, airplanes), starting from about 2000 meters and above the level of the oceans.
2.3. A type of altitude sickness is a mountain sickness, in the occurrence of which, along with a lack of oxygen, aggravating factors such as physical fatigue, cooling, dehydration of the body, ultraviolet radiation, severe weather conditions (for example, frequent showers), and sudden changes in temperature during the day ( from +30 ° C during the day to −20 ° C at night), etc.
But the main pathological factor in mountain sickness is hypoxia.
 I conducted special classes with employees to increase their ability to adapt, while not being in the mountains. After that, an audit was carried out (by special forces officers who underwent this training) in the mountains at an altitude of 3450 meters.
3. During operation under water.
3.1. To save men drowning;
3.2. For finding and raising certain objects from the depths;
3.3. For finding and raising corpses from the depths;
3.4. For the ability to conduct a real battle in the water (in the pool, lake, river, sea).
4. To perform official  tasks during a fire:
4.1. Salvation of people;
4.2. Release of hostages;
4.3. Detention of criminals;
4.4. To preserve certain items of particular importance.

5. To fulfil the tasks during technological disasters with the release of toxic gases.

Under all of the above conditions, special preparation of the human respiratory system is necessary. I adapted and applied the Buteyko Breathing Technique  during my work ( for 13 years)  at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs  (as a senior teacher) to train high-class employees.

Short information about this type of breathing.
  During the day, a person makes up to 20 thousand inhalations and exhalations. This happens naturally and unconsciously. But not everyone knows that with the help of proper breathing you can significantly improve your well-being.

      Most people breathe superficially, or “vertically”, while deep or “horizontal” breathing is practiced only by those who specifically focus on this process.

The habit of breathing in the chest  does not saturate the lungs with oxygen, leads to weakening of the muscles of the diaphragm and poor posture.

     Diaphragm breathing allows you to increase the volume of air inhaled by the lungs and improve oxygen saturation of the body cells. This normalizes the work of the body at all levels:
• contributes to the burning of fats: this shows its useful property for losing weight;
• due to the saturation of blood with oxygen improves the cardiovascular system;
• enhances ventilation of the lungs, since it involves almost all of their volume;
• be useful for the speech apparatus, freeing up its work;
• improves the functioning of internal organs - due to their massage with a diaphragm;
• has a beneficial effect on the intestines, helping to get rid of constipation, bloating and other problems;
• using high-quality breathing by the stomach, it is possible to improve the condition of the skin of the face, reduce the number of wrinkles and various inflammatory processes.
The main advantage of this type of breathing, if it done consciously, is an increase in human survival and vitality.
This course is designed for a period from 3 months to 6 months. Depending on your current state, respiratory system, health problems, as well as your diligent homework. In some cases when it is necessary to achieve the desired result, the course can be extended to 1 year.
This course consists from  theoretical, practical and video material. Each of which contains a certain test of your present condition and your progress. With mandatory feedback, recommendations and  errors recovery.

Effective breathing is the key to the super powers of the human mind and  body.
